Day 2: NB to QC

8:15 here in Fredericton, just a quick note before hitting the road.  Short review of the Snooty Fox for others who may be in the area;

- good atmosphere

- good local Picaroon's beer (really enjoyed their seasonal Winter Warmer, and I don't typically like that style of beer all that much)

- pretty good food (flavourful burger, too messy though, and great fries.. my motto is, if I'm going to have those sinful fries they better be damn good!)

I also had a great discussion with a local at the bar stool next to me about various topics.  An interesting lady to say the least.

Off to try and find a way to boil water to make a coffee with my Aeropress...
